Excavation, septic systems, demolition and site prep in Heber City, Midway and the rest of the Heber Valley.

Heber City is home for Ritz Excavation & Demolition. The Heber Valley is growing fast, with new subdivisions, custom homes on acreage and older properties being rebuilt, and we work across all of it.
The valley has its own ground to deal with. In many areas the water table sits close to the surface, so basements are dug with water in mind. Away from town sewer, many homes rely on septic systems permitted through the Wasatch County Health Department.
We also work throughout Midway, on the west side of the valley, for custom homes, septic systems and site prep. Midway's location near the hot springs and the mountains brings its own soil and water questions, and we look at both before a job is priced.
