Ritz Excavation & Demolition is the excavation and demolition side of Ritz Trucking LLC. Owner Jeff runs a full fleet of excavators and trucks, so the same company can tear down a structure, dig the basement, and haul the debris, spoils, fill and road base.
Our work runs from residential teardowns on Salt Lake's east side to custom-home site prep around Park City and new construction in Lehi and Utah County. Jobs range from a single utility trench to full site work for developers. In winter, our trucks haul road salt.
Most of our work comes from builders and developers who call us back. We keep it that way by pricing jobs clearly, showing up when we said we would, and leaving every site ready for the next trade.
